No, we are not a collection agency. Our only service Is to recover unpaid money judgments on our client’s behalf.

We work with owed money judgments of $10,000 or more.

Our fee Is 50% of the money recovered after the deduction of any necessary court and legal fees. YOU INCUR ABSOLUTELY NO EXPENSE UNTIL YOU ARE PAID.

While each situation is unique, most cases are resolved between three and twenty-four months.

While we do everything possible, we cannot 100% guarantee a successful recovery.

We periodically review the case to see if there are any changes in the debtor’s status. Often the deadbeat debtor will eventually gain assets through such things as a new job or business, an inheritance, a marriage or divorce, etc. As soon as we find out that there has been a change, we will immediately restart the recovery process.
